Verne was wonderful to work with. I feel that he went above and beyond to help me buy my first home, he walked me through every step and answered all of my questions. Verne and his staff were very friendly and made me feel like I was the only client. He did not stop working at 5, he would respond after hours and weekends. I rarely write reviews, but I can honestly say I would highly recommend Verne Folkmann to anyone who is interested in purchasing a home.
