Verne is a wonderful agent. He is on top of everything and will communicate as things come through. He called or emailed me as things came up. I previously used him to buy the place I just sold and it was exactly the same. He is willing to help with any questions or concerns. He also made time to show up to my closing of my new place even though he didn't have to be there since the house was FSBO and he just did the paperwork for me.
