Verne Folkmann did a wonderful job selling my condo in Iowa City. He has excellent networking connections and found a buyer for my property even before it had been formally listed. He handled all the inspections and necessary repairs and cleaning efficiently as well as the paperwork involved, coming in person to help me do things digitally, when necessary.
